Ok so this was my big purchase, and by big I mean the one I'm most excited about. I've been wanting Express jeans since I saw a jean catalogue in Teen Vogue some years ago claiming that they have the best fits and washes. My dream has finally come true, and they are now in my possession. I got them on sale, so let's hope they're worth it! 

I have more of a haul coming, but it hasn't arrived yet.

So be on the lookout for that!

{Yay! Guys it's Thursday and I'm actually posting! Ah! Yeah, Katie's on a role.}

Anyway. .

This is my fourth snow day in a row. 

We never get this much snow in Tennessee. Ever.

So yeah. .four days stuck in the house doing nothing but binge watching Gossip Girl.

That's what my life has consisted of for the week.

BUT AS FOR TODAYS POST

I have discovered so many amazing beauty products lately and I thought that I would share those with you all so that if you happened to be looking for a product worth investing in, you would have some suggestions. Here are the products that I have completely used up and loved since discovering.

So the Oscars last night. .

Ok so if you didn't watch the Oscars last night, you missed out on life. 

That's going to be the gist of this post. Because it's accurate in every way.

Some of the things you missed were Lupita Nyong'o, Meryl Streep, and Amy Adams dancing with Pharrell Williams during his performance of Happy, Benedict Cumberbatch in all of his suited glory, Ellen taking and tweeting a h u g e celeb selfie that blew up twitter, Ellen dressed as a pretty pink princess, Jarod Leto's speech, Matthew Mcconaughey's speech, Lupita's speech, Zac Efron in a tux, Jennifer Lawrence tripping again, Jonah Hill asking Ellen if she wanted to 'see it', and much much more. 

But you really missed out on some amazing fashion statements.

and hey he has the legs for it!  BUT I still prefer the hat.

My Christmas Haul!

Hello! Alright guys. Here it is. It may not be every single thing I got for Christmas, but it is what I have chosen to share with you all. .whether it's being shown because I liked the picture I took or the pure joy I get every time I look over and see the particular item sitting on top of my Christmas stack is questionable. I am extremely grateful for everything I've gotten this year, and I'm blessed to have the family and friends that I have in my life. Ok that's enough sappiness. Here it is! My Christmas Haul! (I'm also going to include a list of music at the end of this post because it was technically a Christmas gift.)
