Brace Yourself

Hello gorgeous! I am in unbelievable agony. Like ahh! I got my braces tightened yesterday and they finally gave me rubber bands to wear. Not the normal 2, but only one. On my right side. It's not too noticeable to the public, but I know it's there. How do I know it's there? This thing is painful! Boo :( Here are a few gifs explaining my agony.
